The program of the Eco-IT Camp is diverse: international experts give lectures, conduct practical seminars on the impact of humans on nature, and organize independent research. Participants develop smart solutions for water conservation using "smart irrigation" in domestic and greenhouse settings, attend workshops on recycling paper and plastic, and visit water purification facilities, air monitoring stations, and landfills, along with many other activities.
Students are taught to use Uzbekistan's water resources wisely in conditions of air and soil pollution, emphasizing the issue of excessive consumption that leads to the formation of landfills, and significant attention is given to proper organization of greening efforts.
Within the framework of the Eco-IT Camp, eco-activists will implement initiatives aimed at addressing these issues.
The partners of the Eco-IT Camp include the Ministry of Public Education, the Agency for Educational Institutions under the President, the Youth Affairs Agency, the United Nations Development Programme, and FAO.
